& Drive Your Performance in 90 Days

Looking for More Than Just Growth — Ready for Excellence?

Are you a safety leader who is experiencing the following:

  • Don’t know how to communicate with your team or experiencing interpersonal conflict?

  • Under resourced, overwhelmed, continually reactive or a short fuse?

  • Moved from an operational to a leadership position?

  • Worried you’ll offend people or won’t find the right words?

  • Struggling yourself, concerned with reputation loss or leverage by others if you share your concerns?

Intentional leadership starts here.

Lead with Intention. Lead your Legacy.

The challenge for leaders today is trying to do more with less, to gain greater performance from their teams, yet you may be new to leadership. Perhaps you’ve shifted into a new leadership role and you’re struggling.

It’s doesn’t always have to be this way. Leadership can be easier with the right resources, tools and support you can step into your roles as a high performing leader and create a powerful team

Intentional leadership is about leading with vision, clarity, and deliberate action—but it also requires a crucial mindset shift: being selfish to be selfless. True leaders don’t run on empty to serve others; it’s about making intentional choices to ensure they have the energy, focus, and resilience to lead effectively. This means prioritising personal growth, setting boundaries, and taking care of their own well-being so they can show up fully for those who rely on them.

“Kevin Humphreys presented at the 2024 National Meals on Wheels conference. His presentation was inspirational and moving. It resonated with the entire room, especially the men who we know at times may have trouble articulating their feelings. However, his presentation is not limited to gender, it is far more reaching than that. Do yourself a favour and book Kevin for your next conference of event.”
