What is NOBLE Resilience?
We sometimes fall ill, suffer from work stress, or go through a tumultuous relationship break-up. It begs an important question—how do some people bounce back from these challenging life experiences, while others find it much harder to process and adapt?
The answer is resilience—it’s one of humanity’s most powerful survival skills, and one that we can all learn to cultivate.
The strategies, resources, and qualities that help us cope, adapt, and thrive are essentially personal. For example, we all experience different emotions in response to stress or trauma and employ unique coping strategies for dealing with obstacles.
